the passage is about a famous explorer who, with the assistance of lord carnarvon, led a team to egypt and made some unexpected discoveries in tombs. it still remains a mystery how one of his discoveries led to illness and death for many of his team members.

procedures

step 1: leading-in

1) do you still remember something from our discussion on egypt in unit 1 and unit 2?

we talked about toby traveling in egypt and people’s curiosity about how the pyramids were built. though we don’t know exactly how people at that time built them, we are quite sure of one thing, that is, all the pyramids were built for kings and queens. they expected to be buried there after their death. in spite of the harsh conditions, the egyptians created this wonder of the world with their hands. it’s said the pyramids are as magnificent as a palace inside.

一:一般現在時:

功能1.表示事物或人物的特徵、狀態。如:the sky is blue.天空是藍色的。

2.表示經常性或習慣性的動作。如:i get up at six every day.我每天六點起床。

3.表示客觀現實。如:the earth goes around the sun.地球繞著太陽轉。

一般現在時的構成

動詞:主語+be(am,is,are)+其它。如:i am a boy.我是一個男孩。

2.行為動詞:主語+行為動詞(+其它)。如:we study english.我們學習英語。 當主語為第三人稱單數(he, she,it)時,要在動詞後加"-s"或"-es"。

如:mary likes chinese.瑪麗喜歡漢語。 一般現在時的變化 動詞的變化。

一、總體目標

1、加強課堂教學改革,真正轉變課堂教學方式,提高學生的學習能力,爭取把課堂變成學生學習的樂園。

2、做好會考總複習工作,抓好尖子生,提高臨界生,盯住所有學生,不讓一個學生漏掉,鼓勵學生向目標邁進,會考爭取穩中有升。

二、遵循原則

以綱為綱,以本為本的原則,著重把握會考要求及考試 範圍,對《課標》和《考綱》要反覆研究。關注學生的全面發展,整體提高;注重雙基,夯實基礎,強化學生能力。練習過程中注重精講精練,精雕細刻,決不漏掉一個知識點。同時培養學生將所學的詞彙、短語、句型、句法應用到實際中,提高日常交際能力,解決實際問題。

三、具體工作措施

加強學習,認真學習新課程標準,專研七、八、九年級五本教材,形成固定的知識體系,研究2013和2014年的考試說明,精選13和14年的會考題。

繼續大練基本功,提高自己的教學能力。

實行課堂教學改革,建立新型教學模式。

四、總體複習思路

階段目標:完成理解性記憶內容,熟記課文中出現的單詞、短語、常用句型;熟練掌握對話和課文內容,所學語法能達到一定的應用程度。

具體思路:第一輪複習應以大綱為依據,教材內容為根本,按教材的編排順序進行單元複習。每複習一單元之前,教師佈置學生認真記憶書後單詞和短語;課上檢驗,然後讓大家找出本單元的知識點,總結用法,教師再做以適當的補充;這一階 段的複習,應充分發揮學生的主觀能動性,以教師總結為輔,學生複習為主。注重學生歸納,教師總結指導應注意事項。對學生已掌握的內容少講或不講,對學生不夠熟練的要重點講。同時教師要根據每單元的重點內容有針對性地設計一些練習題,鞏固所複習的知識點。最後,再將本單元的知識點賦予下一單元書後的單詞和短語中,進行再一次檢測。
