Requirements: elor degree in mechanical engineering, material, chemical, friction matrial or bachelor degree in related discipline with relevant experience; 本科及以上學歷，機械類，材料，化工，摩擦材料等專業，或是其他相關學科有相關的工作經驗亦可;
liar with surface treatment for metal parts, especially for Phosphating process & Adhesive dipping and experienced in this area is prefered. 瞭解金屬件表面處理，尤其是對酸洗磷化和浸膠工藝，有這方面工作經驗的將優先考慮；
3. At least 3 years'experience in drum brake shoe & fiction lining & brake design & manufacturing area or 5 years' experience in mechanical assembly and machining area is deaired; 3年以上鼓式制動蹄，摩擦片和制動器研發製造領域經驗，或是5年以上機械裝配和機加工的經驗優先考慮;
ng ability to define problems, collect data, trouble shooting, and produce professional engineering reports including introduction, conclusions and recommendations; 具有很強的生產現場發現問題，收集資料資訊，解決問題的能力，具有很好的工程報告和調研報告的能力;

Good understanding for process & machine, independent problem solving ability. 對工藝、裝置、具有良好的認知能力，獨立解決問題的能力。 4.
