?According to company’s AIM requirements, identify critical equipment, define and update preventive & predictive maintenance strategy by using FMEA, work closely with planner and execution team to get it well implemented
?Provide troubleshooting support to technician on routine maintenance including emergency repair
?Review and analyze data from inspections and failures to identify “bad actors”
?Organize RCPS workshop to find out root causes with solution to continuous improve equipment reliability
?Compile SOP of equipment maintenance and repair or calibration, provide technical training to execution technicians.
?Document best practices by SWS and share among engineers, technicians
?Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement projects (MOC, Minor capital projects)
?Be responsible for spare parts management for both stock and emergent purchasing case with various activities such as build up BOM, set up safety stock level, define specification & datasheet, create PR, conduct good receive inspection etc.
?Participate in related maintenance contract service suppliers selection /evaluation process and routine supervision
?Complete other related tasks assigned by the line manager
Qualifications:
?Bachelor's degree in Chemical Process Instrument and Automation Control or related
?At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in chemical industry with over 2 years of working experience in multinational company.
?Strong technical competence in discipline of either instrumentation, automation or process control or other relevant
?Sound knowledge in PLC control system (especially Siemens PCS7) / Delta-V system
?Good experience in HAZOP study and SIS/LOPA
?With experience of PM management.
?Prefer to practice SAP system.
?Good English skills both reading and writing
?Strong bias and action oriented toward continuous improvement

崗位要求：

1、25-38週歲，大專及以上學歷，儀器儀表自動化專業；

2、具有2年儀器、儀表、計量器裝置維修及自動化維護、維修相關工作經驗；

3、熟練機械裝置、設施的維修及改造技能技巧；

4、具有良好的溝通表達能力及解決問題能力。

任職資格：
1、機械、自動化、機電等相關專業本科以上學歷；
2、1年以上相關自動化裝置工作經驗，會熟練操作常用辦公軟體；
3、具備很強的溝通協調能力，能排除困難跟進專案落地；
4、有自動化裝置設計、專案跟進、匯入等相關經驗；
5、執行力強、工作積極主動崗位職責：
1、負責公司儀表、系統進行保養、維護；
2、做好儀表的防凍、防凝、防雨、防雷工作；
3、認真巡檢，檢視儀表是否完好並做好記錄及反饋；
4、做好重點部位監控；
5、積極提出技改合理化建議。
崗位要求：
1、學歷專業：本科學歷，化工儀表或自動化控制等相關專業；
2、工作技能：對化工儀表或DCS系統有一定了解；
3、能力素質：熟練使用CAD及日常辦公軟體；
4、具有良好的組織溝通和協調能力，責任心強，能適應高強度工作。
