last night, i joined my friend’s birthday party. before i went to the party, i felt so confused to buy what kind of present, because i wanted to make it special. at last, i picked a nice pen for her, there was the lovely picture on it. when my friend saw me come, she was so happy and asked me to share the happiness with her. we sung her the birthday song and played the funny game. the one who lost the game would get the punishment. i lost for one match, then i was asked to ask a stranger for the telephone number. i felt so awkward, i dared not to open my mouth. finally, i took my courage and asked a boy, but he refused. even though, i finished my task. i had a good time in my friend’s birthday party.

today was sunday, i was so happy because our family had a big meeting, we went to the park to have the barbecue. we called our relatives to join us, it was such a great party. as the family members haven’t got together for a long time, so my father decided to get everybody united. in the park, i played with my cousins, we were taking a visit of the park while the parents were doing the barbecue. when my counsins and i played so tiredly, we went to join the grow-ups’ activities. the fathers were talking about the business stuff, while the mothers were talking about the children and their daily life. our family was so harmonious, we shared the things together and helped each other. i like this activity so much, i wish my families can have more time to be together.

when people start to set the goal, they will think about the result immediately, of course they want to get the best result. if people can predict the result, most of them will give up by knowing the unsuccessful ending. it seems that if the result is bad, what people work for is meaningless. well, in my opinion, the process of fighting for the goal is much more important than the result. when we fight for our goal, we will do our best and try to improve ourselves, even we fail in the end, but when we look back at the beginning, we can find that we are no longer the childish ones, we have grown up and become mature. what’s more, on the process of fighting, we get close to success, as the saying that fail is the mother of success. so don’t treat the result so serious, just enjoy the process.
