孩子是家長的手心肉，也是父母的希望。做父母的總希望自己的孩子是優秀的，健康的。所以父母對於孩子的確是含在嘴裡怕化了，放在手裡怕掉了，至於怎麼樣才能教育好孩子每個家長都曾為此煩惱過，我也就從自己的一些體會與大家交流一下：

一、注重孩子愛心的培養與分享的精神

一個健康成長的孩子我覺得必須是有愛心的。從小，我就要求女兒見到朋友親人一定要打招呼，禮貌待人，這樣可以促進女兒與其它人的聯絡，親近。週末女兒常跟我一起散步。初次見到那些身體上有殘缺的人時，女兒不免提出一些問題，這個時候我都會耐心的跟她講解，並告訴她不能以貌示人，身體上的不健康是造物弄人，他們跟我們是平等的，是一樣的，沒什麼區別。

二、關心孩子的學習情況，給予更多的鼓勵。

以前，女兒的班主任告訴我說我的女兒上課時極少舉手發言，我就奇怪了，女兒成績並不差呀。回到家我輕輕地問女兒為什麼上課不舉手回答問題，才知道原來女兒是怕自己回答錯了。我便鼓勵她上課要多舉手發言，告訴她即使回答錯了也沒事的，這樣更能加深對這道題目的理解與記憶。當然最重要的還是要多掌握些知識，多讀多看，就不用害怕回答錯了。不久後，熱心的班主任老師告訴我女兒上課能積極舉手發言了。

三、自己要有足夠的耐心。

每天一下班我第一件事就是去檢視她的作業完成的怎麼樣，不會做的要耐心地講給她聽懂為止，吃完飯馬上陪她一起彈琴，臨睡前還要陪她看一會兒課外書，可以說自己沒有一點私人的空間，所有的家務活都要在女兒睡覺之後才能幹。也曾想著自己太辛苦了隨便她算了，可稍不抓緊她就滑滑梯了，我覺得小孩子就像是一匹奔跑著的小馬時不時的需要把韁繩拉緊了。

四、培養孩子的興趣。

我覺得要培養孩子的興趣，首先得從簡單入手，比如先讓她看一些她喜歡看的書、談一些她認為好聽的音樂從中感受到樂趣，再慢慢地養成習慣。一旦變成了習慣你就不用去管她她也會自然而然的就完成了。我想每個小朋友都有自己的愛好，有了愛好就有興趣，有興趣就會堅持，會堅持就會變成特長。現在女兒每晚都看課外閱讀，遇到看不明白的詞句就問我，還常常給她外婆講故事。寫作文對好玩的女兒來說都是不那麼讓人快樂的一件事。每次作文我都要求她自己先寫，如果寫得不好，我就會適當的提出一些問題啟發她。如她寫到百工堰去玩的事，像記流水賬一樣，我就會問她：首先你看到了什麼呀，看到船有沒有想到什麼呀，坐在船上上又有沒有看到什麼呀。這樣女兒的作文水平也開始慢慢地提高了。就像她的班主任說的語文就是要多讀、多看、多寫，多記。

五、給予肯定。

女兒從大班開始學琴，每天晚上得練半個小時，這對剛入學時的女兒不得不說是種考驗。女兒也曾經想要放棄，特別是遇到一些課程比較難的曲目時就會說：“我要是不談琴就好了，這樣我現在就可以休息了。”我便跟她講解彈琴的好處，比如說：“學琴腦子會聰明啦。”女兒不解問：“為什麼？”“因為學琴是左右腦開發的，你現在不是越來越聰明瞭嗎。”每個小朋友們都喜歡自己變得聰明起來，也希望自己能得到家長的肯定。
