3.整理工藝要求，編寫工藝檔案、質量檔案、人員清單等，為新車型生產提供理論依據。

4.制定所有生產所需的設施、裝置的技術標準和協議，並確保順利完成其安裝、除錯和驗證工作。

5.提升整車質量目標，並達成各項投產任務，最終實現新車型的順利下線。

崗位職責：
1.負責焊裝車間的相關技術問題解決，任務中質量、效率確認及安全控制（常規工作點稽核），持續改善以提升質量和效率；
2.與客戶進行確認後，進行質量技術檔案（工作範圍、作業指導書）的編制，培訓組長及相關質檢人員；
3.負責檢驗工具及裝置管理，編制工具、裝置使用作業指導書，同時負責監督檢驗人員對工具裝置的使用和保管；
4.協助運營經理進行團隊建設、員工培訓及發展、員工關係及技能考核；
5.負責隨時與客戶更新質量服務進度，進行客戶關係維護、提高客戶滿意度；
6.與運營經理保持良好溝通，準確傳遞並執行公司總部相關規定；
7.及時、定期反饋運營中所需的支援及問題，並持續改善、改進。

Job Description:
？Responsible for welding workshp technical probelm ,and some quality, efficiency guarantee and security control in the process of quality service, make a continuous improvement to promote quality and efficiency;
？Organize quality and technology document after confirming with customer, training ream leader and related inspectors;
？Responsible for inspecting tools and equipment management, drawing up equipment work instructions, supervising inspectors’ use and safekeeping;
？Assisting site manager to make team construction, employee training and development, employee relationship and skills assessment;
？Responsible for renewing quality service progress with customer timely, maintaining customer relationship, increasing customer’s satisfaction;
？Keep good communication with site manager, deliver related information correctly from headquarter;
？Provide feedback of the support and problems in operation timely and regularly, and make continuous improvement.

崗位要求：
1.本科及以上學歷，焊裝專業等相關工科專業；
2.汽車及相關製造行業從業三年以上質量相關工作經驗，有管理經驗者優先；
3.熟悉相關汽車行業質量管理體系，熟練使用各種質量管理工具進行質量問題分析；
4.英文可作為工作語言使用。

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree and above, machinery manufacturing, vehicle engineering or other related engineering majors
2. More than 3 years’ working experience in auto motive and related manufacturing industry, applicants with management experience are in advance;
3. Familiar with related auto motive industry quality management system, skilled in using all kinds of tools in quality problem analyzing;
