1. Experience in concepts and design of closures (doors, hood, trunk lid / tailgate, fuel filler flap) including sheet metal parts and components

2. Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作經驗

1. Bachelor - Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree in Automotive Engineering,

Technician or relevant education, training, and/or work experience

機械工程本科或汽車工程碩士學歷，技術人員或具有相關教育，培訓或者工作經驗人員

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Closures parts and components development

至少3年開閉件工作經驗

3. Skilled to use CAD systems such as CATIA V5 and/or UNIGRAPHICS

熟練運用CAD軟體如CATIA V5 或UNIGRAPHICS

4. Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

會使用辦公室軟體: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務和職責

1. Design of 3D models with CATIA V5 from the first concept to the final product according to functional, cost, quality and manufacturing requirements

根據部件的功能，成本，質量以及生產的要求，能運用CATIA V5從最初的概念到最終的產品進行3D模型設計

2. Preparation of documentation, such as material lists, 2D drawings, installation manuals, FMEA, etc. according to customer or EDAG’s standard

根據客戶或愛達克的標準進行檔案的編制，如材料清單，二維圖紙，安裝手冊，FMEA

3. Support the project manager with presentations of technical concepts, issues and proposals for solutions

協助專案經理完成技術檔案，解決問題，提出建議

4. All other tasks assigned by superior

上級分配的各項工作

1、負責車輛白車身、車身附件的設計與分析；

2、參與編制白車身及開閉件設計部分的設計任務書、產品技術條件；

3、負責完成白車身系統相關資料、生產工藝、裝配工藝、緊韌體選用等設計工作；

4、負責相關車身圖紙發放和技術更改工作；

5、參加車身造型設計、開發及改進，參與新產品的外形效果設計和直觀模型製造。

1、標杆車型的Benchmark；
2、能正確理解並貫徹主管工程師的指導意圖與工作安排；
3、能獨立完成或在主管工程師指導下完成所負責零件的主斷面繪製及逆向/正向設計、2D圖紙繪製；
4、能看懂SE、ECR反饋並正確修改數模；
5、能編制並檢查白車身系統明細表、焊接明細表等報告；
6、配合其他部門工程師實施工作。

任職要求：
1、大專以上學歷，機械或汽車工程等相關專業；
2、主機廠或設計公司一個整車設計專案的車身設計相關工作經驗，瞭解玻璃大面的佈置、鉸鏈、限位器、玻璃升降器等附件的佈置；；
3、熟悉衝焊塗總四大工藝；
4、熟練運用CATIA或UG等三維製圖軟體及office辦公軟體；
5、具備承壓能力，良好的團隊合作意識及溝通能力；
6、能夠接受中長期專案出差（有出差補助）。
