1) lead a garment sourcing, development and order tracking project

負責服裝採購,開發和訂單跟蹤專案

2) utilize own extensive resource network of garment manufacturers, to appropriately source garment manufacture, continue developing and scout for new suppliers and maintain good relationships

利用自身廣泛的服裝生產商資源網路,提供合適的服裝製造商,繼續開發和考察供應商,並維持良好的關係。

3) Manage timing of orders and all processes to maintain appropriate delivery timing

管理訂單的時間和所有過程以保持適當的交貨時間

4) Manage processes and tasks including but not limited to: product development, product analysis, negotiation, delivery, timing, cost, raw material, process monitoring, payment follow-up, sampling, testing, quality reports, accessories and trims, preparing paperwork, shipping instructions and timing of order

5) Negotiate garment costs, material costs, work and additional costs and understand garment costs as well as manage costs within garment budget

6) Ensure quality and product safety targets are met or exceeded

Abilities Required:

能力要求:

1) Greater than five years of similar experience with demonstrated increase in responsibilities and position. Must have held previous jobs for more than 2 years.

5年以上相似工作經驗,相同工作崗位必須有2年以上。

2) Interest and experience working in entrepreneurial and changing work-environment

感興趣於並經歷過創業和不斷變化的工作環境

3) very good negotiation skills and understanding of the Chinese garment industry market and economics

良好的談判技巧和了解中國服裝行業市場和經濟

4) service minded, calm, cool under pressure and able to make independent decisions

有服務意識,在壓力下沉著和穩重,能獨立的做決定

5) experience with garment import/export and overseas business, including foreign companies

有服裝進出口及海外業務經驗的,包括外資企業。

6) Self-starter, organized, attention to detail, deadline oriented, hands-on.

7) Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

8) Worked with ERP system in the past

9) Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressure

9) University degree in applicable/related field

11) MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge.

1) Overtime as required but generally not expected

4、及時協調解決採購物料、生產使用、客戶服務過程中所產生的供貨及質量問題;

5、定期進行市場調研,開拓渠道,進行供應商評估;

6、領導安排的臨時性工作;

任職要求:

1、男女不限,25歲~40歲;

2、大專及以上學歷;

3、服裝行業2年以上面料採購工作經驗;有駕照,駕駛熟練者優先。

4、熟悉服裝面料市場,具備良好的溝通能力、談判能力和成本意識;
