A DAY in the life of the LMT Supplier Chain Manager

Identify, recommend and implement continuous process improvement opportunities within the supply chain to improve the overall effectiveness of the supply chain impacting service level. This includes forecasting, inventory planning, execution oversight, and monitoring and reporting of results to ge Demand Planning based on sales forecast and ensures inventory levels are within the set budget levels. Manage Order Review, Replenishment and ensures inventory levels are within the set budget levels. Manage a professional and efficient Warehouse & Logistics supplier to ensure goods are received and dispatched in a timely ge and maintain company’s inventory of bulk and onsible for cost analyses of supply chain scenarios in order to determine the most effective and efficient options for production location, subcontracting, inventory, distribution, and >Support on Sourcing and Quality ControlConduct negotiation with suppliers to ensure right price, volume, contract and setting performance expectations (quality, lead time, framework agreement etc)ge potential commercial issues to ensure supplier tly set up technical specification for each component together with Supply Chain Leader. Organize quality control audit and solve the non-conformity onsible for statistical samples, inspection of packaging components received from re on-time release of scheduled components and finished products to meet expected shipment dates.

University degree or related education.6+ years relevant experience of supply chain experience, better to have sourcing and product development experience, know contract manufacturing model. Preferably in cosmetics, FMCG industry en English is a key -learner, adaptive and patient, at ease with working in a small multicultural structure, start-up-type, where tasks and responsibilities are in constant ptionally strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.A pro-active team player with a “can do” attitude, happy to work hard and be hands-on. Comfortable to work independently and under tight timelines, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.

崗位職責

1、調查、分析和評估市場以確定客戶的需要和採購時機;

2、擬訂和執行採購戰略;

3、根據產品的價格、促銷、產品分類和品質,有效地管理特定貨品的計畫和分配;

4、管理採購助理(若有)和其他相關員工以確定採購的產品符合客戶的需要;

5、發展、選擇和處理當地供應商關係,如價格談判、採購環境、產品品質、供應鏈、資料庫等;

6、改進採購的工作流程和標準,通過盡可能少的流通環節,減少庫存的單位儲存時間和額外收入的發生,以達到存貨周轉的目標;

7、發展和維護總部及區域採購部、銷售部和市場部、物流以及其他組織的相關職能部門的內部溝通管道;

8、對商品利潤率負責,定期向管理層提供採購報告;


任職資格:

1、 精通中文,粵語,英語及其他多種語言(懂法語,義大利語優先)

2、 國際採購,國際貿易,經濟、管理相關專業優先考慮,

3、 精通國際採購業務及供應鏈整體的咦鰨揮袊H知名品牌,如:美妝護膚,母嬰用品,3C數碼,智慧裝置,保健品,奢侈品(服裝,鞋,帽,配飾,珠寶,首飾,香水,化妝品,箱,包等),洋酒,境外旅遊,豪華汽車,遊艇,私人飛機等相關品牌商品廠家或代理商管道資源優先

4、 具備大型採購專案管理能力,具備供應鏈管理相關專業知識;較強的分風險管理和成本意識

5、 具備有國際採購經驗及相關跨境電商(進口到國內)行業採購工作經驗。

6、 有5年以上國際商品買手或大中型電商企業採購負責人崗位工作經驗優先考慮。

7、 優秀的溝通能力和談判能力、優秀的解決問題能力,人際交往能力強,有一定團隊管理能力,有良好的職業道德。

1、根據公司發展戰略,負責公司供應鏈的管理,建立並不斷優化公司供應鏈體系;
2、管理和不斷開發供應商,組織並協調各供應商的生產能力及週期,以配合與滿足公司的戰略發展;
3、組織落實、監督、調控各供應商的生產過程、工藝、週期;
4、建立和健全各供應商的開發、維護、跟蹤及評估,合理控制採購及各項運輸成本,以保證各項採購的品質;
5、通過對接、監控供應商及公司倉儲的送貨情況,要求訂單達成率100%;
6、熟悉供應鏈管理運作流程,能對生產、品質、採購、物流等方面資源進行有效規劃,整合及優化。
任職要求:
1、市場營銷或產品設計相關專業、在家居產品行業有相關工作經驗;
2、具有新產品開發和2年以上資深買手經驗,具備敏銳的眼光和個人品味。
3、具備敏銳的時尚“嗅覺”,對未來流行做出準確的預測。
4、根據國內消費者的消費觀和理念準確的分析和定位市場。
5、具有降低現有產品的採購成本的經驗。
6、具備一定的統籌能力,抗壓能力強。崗位職責
1、負責商品採購、銷售工作,負責與供應商的接洽、談判,控制採購費用、降低採購成本;
2、瞭解消費者,瞭解市場,敏感地去捕捉消費者的需求,市場的需求,進銷的策劃安排以及活動等;
3、維護商品結構及價格體系,確保商品成本的競爭力,並根據銷售表現,及時做出調整;
4、優化產品佈局,溝通確定產品價格,並負責組織合理採購,控制採購風險。
任職要求:
1、有采購經驗,農副產品採購經驗者優先;
2、性格開朗,有良好的溝通協調能力,工作積極主動,有較強的責任心和團隊合作精神 ;
3、具備較強的談判能力和溝通技巧,良好的職業素養,為人廉潔;
