1.負責新供應商的開發/市場調研，根據採購策略選擇，開發和管理供應商；

Responsible for new supplier development /marketing research ,selecting ,developing and managing suppliers in conformity with purchasing strategy.

2.負責對潛在供應商 (已存供應商) 進行開發，並跟蹤制定採購策略；

Responsible for potential supplier development (existed supplier), develop them to follow up purchasing strategy.

3.建立和維護供應商戰略，引導管理供應商；

Build up and maintain the supplier strategy, leading for supplier management

4.負責專案國產化和相關部門的部分本地化；

Responsible for project localization and part localization with relative department

5.與相關部門共同負責降低專案成本；

Responsible for project cost down with relative department

6.負責相關部門的專案採購和管理工作；

Responsible for project sourcing and management with relative department.

7.負責RFQ，價格分析，與供應商進行新專案的談判。

Responsible for RFQ, price analysis, negotiation with suppliers for new project.

Qualifications

1.本科學歷，機械、機電相關專業；

Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably engineering background with both mechanical and Electronic.

2.3年以上相關領域的工作經驗，熟悉機械零件和鈑金零件供應商市場；？？？？

？More than 3 years working experience in mechanical part of sourcing and purchasing in relative Industry field, good market know how at machining part and sheet metal part suppliers.

3.較強的分析能力，組織能力和表達能力；

Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skill.？

4.不管是在內部還是外部都具有良好的溝通，談判，影響以及解決問題的能力；

Good communication, negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills in either Internal or External.

5.在溝通技能上熟練掌握中英文的讀寫；

Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

6.自我激勵，能夠獨立工作，抗壓能力強，在指定時間內有效的完成工作任務；

Self-motivated, able to work independent and under pressure, to achieve the requested timing and quality of assigned tasks.

7.精通MS Office和SAP系統。？？

工作職責:

1.新零件的成本分析及商務談判；

2.參與新專案開發過程中新零件的供應商選擇；

3.成本節省(PPC)及成本優化(MCP)目標的制定及執行；

4.供應商管理，批量階段供應商綜合表現評估系統的成本評估(VRS)；

5.各類物料供應商體系及採購策略的建立及不斷優化；

6.結合產品技術等發展方向，協調產品研發等部門進行前瞻性研究與供應商引入。

任職資格:

1.本科以上工科學歷，較強的英語聽，說，讀，寫的能力；

2.熟悉軟體採購或半導體專業知識及市場行業資訊；

3.溝通表達能力強；

4.兩年以上採購或者研發經驗者優先。

任職資格：

1、本科以上學歷，機電類相關專業；

2、具裝置製造行業5年以上採購工作經驗；

3、熟悉招標及採購流程、供應商評估考核及質量體系等；

4、具電氣產品及機械零件良好知識經驗，有零部件國產化採購及國際化採購經驗；

5、擅長供應商維護，熟悉市場行情及應對方式，成本意識及核算能力強，熟悉各價位及出口報價等；

6、具豐富的採購技巧，溝通談判能力強，英語良好,能正常英語工作交流。
