二、取得成績的經驗：

（一）、在課堂教學中

1、在課堂上，認真授課，運用實物教具、簡筆畫，情景教學、手勢語言等方法來啟發、教育學生。教學生做遊戲、唱英語歌等來激發學生的學習興趣。鼓勵學生大膽質疑，注重以學生為主體、教師為主導的教學方法，充分調動學生的學習積極性。

2、在批改作業方面。學生的作業總是按時及時地批改，並詳細地做好批註，對普遍性錯誤，在全班重複講解、分析。針對個別學生的作業還採取面批方法，一一分析講解、幫助學生解決疑難習題，大大提高了教學質量。

（二）、在輔導學生方面

四、彌補不足，提高教學質量的具體措施：

一、教學方面

我剛剛開始在七年級接手這個班的時候，這個班的學生英語聽、説的能力相對較弱，授課採用較深的全英語教學，同學們還不能完全適應。同時，學生比較活躍，上課氣氛積極，但中差生佔較大多數，尖子生相對較少。因此，我在瞭解及分析學生實際情況的基礎上，因材施教，強化備課效果，強化授課效果，強化教學引導，強化拓展練習，強化作業批改，做到精講精練、全批全改、學生為主、教師為輔、師生合作、共同發展，取得良好效果。

我一直堅持聽評課制度，堅持每週都聽一節優質課，參加一次集體備課活動，參加一次講評課活動。在活動中，我的收穫很大，牢固掌握和學習了一些駕馭課堂的技巧和優秀教師的經驗，從而更好的應用於課堂教學，教學成績一直名列前茅。

1、制定班級奮鬥目標及有實效性的班規，強化管理效果。現在的學生會受到來自不同方面的影響，所以對學生除了班規班紀等的約束外，關愛和適當的善意懲罰也很重要。對一些違反紀律同學適當做出懲罰，我的懲罰措施是：一、書面檢討，做深刻反省；二、罰為班裏做件好事；三、期末學習成績提高。知道內情的同學知道老師在實施懲罰，不知內情的同學則以為這些同學在為班裏做好事，一則這些同學的自尊得到了最大限度的保護，二則在班裏樹立了正氣，無形中學生的自我約束力加強，提高了班級凝聚力。
